Just as there are principles that govern nature, so there are definite principles which are vital to leadership. A leader needs to have vision, discipline, wisdom, courage and humility. A leader also should be a decision maker, and have executive ability, be tactful and diplomatic, able to develop friendships and exude enthusiasm.
