the core ideas in his books is that it is possible to change other people's behaviour by changing one's behaviour towards them. All of his books are international best seller.
The book focuses on the first thing for the beginner in public speaking is to speak, not to study voice and gesture. Once he has spoken he can improve himself by self observation. And sometimes due to criticism.
The success or failure as a speaker determines very largely by his thoughts and mental attitude.
The book narrates about—'How to acquire confidence before an audience', 'The voice', Methods of delivering speech', 'How to work on subject and its preparation', 'Memory training' and lot of other valuable tips, which will surely help any common man to be an effective Public speaker and get over all success in every sphere of life.
